Survival and First-Aid Kits

Here are a few tips on a Survival & First Aid kit. The first step to survival is being prepared. This means equipping yourself with the knowledge and provisions you need to handle an emergency situation. These kits should be compact, lightweight, dependable and easily accessed.

The Survival Kit should contain the following:
Compass - Map - Pliers - Candles - Rope - Aluminum foil - Carrying Case - Fish Hooks with line - Screwdriver - Pencil and Paper - Survival Knife Kit - Duct Tape - Tissue Packs - Emergency Blanket - Emergency Flares - Fire sticks - Trash Bags - Small can like tuna can - Water Purification Tablets - Flashlight with Batteries - Food Rations - Water Rations - Waterproof matches - Watertight Container - Whistle - Mirror

The First Aid Kit should contain the following:
Adhesive Bandages - Gauze Roll - Adhesive Tape - Instant Cold Pack - Alcohol Preps - Mouthwash - Anti-Diarrhea Tablets - Sanitary Pads - Aspirin - Scissors - Dust Masks - Splints - Elastic Bandage - Tongue Depressors - Emergency Manual - Toothache Kit - First Aid Cream - Towelettes - Gauze Pads - Tweezers
