The only 3 trails which allow year round ATV use are the Sugar River Rail Trail, the Ammonoosuc River Rail Trail and the Fremont Branch of the Rockingham Trail. Pisgah State Park and Hopkinton-Everett Reservoir are closed from the end of consistanct snowcover until May 23rd of each year. Trails on private property and almost all local club trails use the May 23rd date as the trail opening date. With the HB-1273 law change, in order to ride on a trail during any season, that trail has to be designated for the type of vehicle use. For years we have been used to the prohibitive use signs, NO WHEELED VEHICLES and NO SNOWMOBILES. Now we need to see a sign that says WHEELED VEHICLES PERMITTED before we can use a trail. Adequate snow cover must be present before riding on snowmobile trails that permit ATV use.

	Winter Riding Only State Park Maps: Pawtuckaway State Park and Bear Brook State Park
	Perry Stream and Paper Lands: 50+ miles of road and trails in Pittsburg, NH. Follow Route 3 north through Pittsburg, and past Back Lake. Turn left at the intersection of Route 3 and Back Lake Road (at Granite State Power Equipment). Go .2 miles, parking on right at Pittsburg Motor Sports (Yamaha). Trail Bikes are not permitted on these roads/trails. Watch for logging trucks.
	North Country ATV Trails: Approximately 50 miles of trails located in the towns of Stratford and N. Stratford, NH. Parking located at Bum's Gulf Station on Route 3 in N. Stratford. Trails range from gravel roads to woodland trails.
	MEAD Paper Lands: MEAD Paper allows ATVs on their gravel roads, if signed OPEN to ATV use only. The area north of Route 26, in Errol, is open to ATV use. Look for Corser Brook Road and follow the ATV signs. Approximately 30 miles of road. NOTE: Roads are open to conventional traffic. Trail bikes not permitted.
	MEAD Paper/Millsfield Pond Trails: The MEAD lands south of Route 26, in Millsfield and Dummer are also open for ATV use. Look for parking signs off of Route 26 in Errol and parking is also available at Millsfield Pond; follow Millsfield Pond Road off of Route 16 in Errol. Parking is located approximately 5 miles up the road. Approximately 120 miles of trails and gravel roads. NOTE: Roads are open to conventional traffic. Trail bikes not permitted on MEAD properties. Logging trucks always have the right of way on all MEAD lands.
	Success ATV Trail: Approximately 20 miles of trail. From Berlin, follow Route 16 north to the Mason St. light and turn right. Take a left at next light, Hutchins Street. Go .7 miles and look for the OHRV area sign. Turn right and look for the parking area ahead.
	Ammonoosuc Recreation Trail: A multi-use rail trail from Littleton to Woodsville, NH. Trail is 19.2 miles in length. Parking is available in Lisbon, NH off of Landaff Road. Look for the trail parking signs. Gas and food are available in Lisbon and Woodsville. The Blackmount Line is also open to ATVs, from Woodsville to N. Haverhill, NH. Look for trail blazes and signs in Woodsville.
	Sugar River Recreation Trail: A multi-use trail from Newport to Claremont, NH. Approximately 8 miles in length. Parking located next to the Newport Recreation Department; from center of town head 1/4 mile north on Route 10, turn left onto Belknap Ave. Parking is located 1/10 of a mile on the right. Parking is also available at western terminus of trail on Route 11/103.
	Pisgah State Park: Approximately 20 miles of trails. From downtown Winchester, follow Route 119 west through Ashuelot to the OHRV parking lot, directly off Route 119. Varying degrees of terrain from beginner to advanced.
	Hopkinton-Everett Reservoir: 18 miles of variable terrain. Located in the towns of Dunbarton and Weare. Parking is available off of Route 13, take Winslow Road, next to the Dunbarton Store, and follow the "Trail Parking" signs to the Stark Pond parking area. There is no parking along the road (old route 77) Trail map is posted in the parking area.
	Rockingham Recreational Trail: A multi-use rail trail. The trail is approximately 18 miles in length and runs from Derry to Fremont. Parking is available in Fremont, at the ball park, off of Route 107 (near intersection of 107 & 111A). Parking is also available off Warner Hill Road. You cannot park on the side of the roads in Derry. You will be subject to ticketing or towing.
